Share your horror stories. What bugs you?
For me, I am tired of the mandatory hours that are for show. How many times have we been told to work, only to sit around and look pretty for the right people.
I am also tired of the low pay, and promises for advancement. Always chasing the carrot, never getting there.

Its the new clown at the helm. He has strings on his shoulders and is controlled from across the street. He is and always was a jelly fish with no spine, and incapable of good sound engineering decisions. Oops, no engineering degree! Liberal arts, if I recall which is kinda like a big fart.
